How much is the shipping fee?

A flat rate of $6 is applied to all domestic orders. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping. 

 

Are there local delivery pick up options?

No, all orders must be shipped to your home. 

 

What is the refunds and exchange policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges under circumstances. 

 

What if my accessories arrive damaged?

All orders are carefully inspected before items are shipped. Items that are damaged during transit are not my responsibility.  If you like to purchase insurance for your package and file a claim against USPS, please contact me prior to your purchase. What if my package is lost?

Each customer will be given a tracking number. It is your responsibility to file a claim for any packages lost in transit with USPS. 

 

Are giftcards available?
